Uh yeah, I was in the best shape of my life like the vast majority of the population. It is not normal to yoyo your weight by 50-100bs every few months. But I'm an older guy who is close to 50 and was never a professional athlete.
I was a fat guy and have battled weight for the past few years. So I'm sympathetic to the struggle. But those issues run deeper than an injury. He has a bad relationship with food and has to be binging. Those issues could follow him his entire life and have to be a focus. It's a shocking thing which is why it's gained so much attention. It's not going to be fixed with just a cook..
