if you're being honest, and i will trust you are. you need to stop focusing on yourself.
probably the best thing you could do is do something for people less fortunate. i know it sounds cliche, but go volunteer at a homeless shelter or soup kitchen. yeah, some people are entitled, but the ones who are truly grateful will make it more than worth it. take time to really connect with those people. ask them with genuine interest about their lives.
or you could volunteer at a children's hospital. when you see young people fighting for their lives and staying positive, you soon learn that you have no business feeling sorry for yourself.
adopt a dog who needs a home and give it the love that it never had.
in short, do something for somebody else.

This just made me wanna trap all social media influencers in a building and set it on fire. Seeing these children suffering while these useless parasites make more than doctors for being useless to society.
