From what I've read on this site, the average new orleans resident is fine with butchering people, so animals should be a piece of cake.

I wouldn't be. Not because I'm squeamish or too tender hearted. I'm a lazy fatass and the thought of cleaning an animal as large as a cow is not at all appealing to me
