Hear you!
Curious, how do Creationists reconcile discoveries that date back hundreds of millions of years and Creationism timeline of 6k years?

I don't know if I personally feel a need to reconcile anything God does that I don't have His grace to understand. I just thank Him for doing it.
However, I feel that when people hear that God created the heavens and the earth and everything in them in 6 days and rested on the 7th day, they think of their human calendar.
Gods timeline is not our timeline. As smart and intelligent as humans have become there are things we can't even conceive of that God has done and is doing. Most people can not humble themselves to understand this and IMO have tried to convince themselves that God is not real to compensate for the lack of knowledge. Probably not the best way to say it but somewhere in there is what I'm trying to say.
