Shaq was already in nba finals during his 3th season and choosen to the 50th Anniversary All-Time team in 1996 (the nba was so hyped by the 4 first seasons of Shaq)...

Zion : No nba finals during his 3th season (he even didn't play) and not included to the 75th Anniversary All-Time team.

Moreover Zion is really too small to play like Shaq, especially in the current nba. He needs to have a good mid-range shot at least. It would be less an issue if he had Giannis's height but...

You and BRmark might be tied for consistently worst takes on this board lol.

Shaq stayed in college 3 years and was almost two years older than Zion his third season. He made the finals in a down year in a weak East and was gifted Anfernee Hardaway who in one rookie year helped take Shaq from a .500 win team to over 50 wins.

There was literally NO ONE in the NBA that could stop Zion when he wanted to attack the rim. And that was with refs handicapping him by letting defenders maul him. In their words, he’s if Shaq and Chuck had a baby. Zion can either move around you, or go right through you. That’s why no one has been comparable to him since Shaq numbers wise

Healthy team, 8th or 9th seed, gtfo
