Fist bump wasn’t due to Covid as he shook other hands. A handshake is a sign of greeting someone with respect at its core. A fist bump while used recently as a replacement for saying hi , is a more a celebratory way of congrats. So in theory he didn’t show respect but congrats, which if you think about it giving him that condones the killing
