Free speech makes it difficult to prosecute white supremacy in America
The First Amendment is a major block in investigation and prosecution of a white supremacy group.
Prosecutors were empowered to charge and try large swaths of people in the same case, at the same time, for disparate crimes as long as those crimes were committed in service to the same organization. At trial, prosecutors were able to enter in evidence that may not otherwise be admissible, such as newspaper articles or mob nicknames.
It’s not a written law. It’s a culture.

Sorry, but people are allowed to have their own beliefs in the US. Whether it be white, black, asian nationalist, doesn't matter.

In order to prosecute something, there needs to be a crime, so your post is meaningless.
White Supremacy, no matter how disgusting you believe it is, is not a crime...nor is black supremacy, nor the Muslim faith.
Acts based on those ideologies can be illegal. Hating jews isn't illegal. Thinking they should be wiped off he earth isn't illegal. Documenting or saying that they should be wiped off the earth isn't illegal. Threatening to kill a jew (or all) IS illegal.
