Is there a way to pick a team with the EPL Fantasy app that doesn’t have the 100$ restriction or 3 man per team limit? Don’t remember having this issue last year

There isn't. If you're looking for a way to track your team on the PL fantasy site, you add the players on your TD roster to your watch list.

I just add everyone to my watchlist and add them up that way using “round score”
