Was your iron fitting worth it to you?

The iron fitting was definitely worth it to me. So I decided to go ahead and get fitted for my Wedges. It was done indoors using a trackman. I had to hit in front of the hitting mat where you would normally hit irons. So this better simulated typical fairway tight lie. The fitting was based on my 60degree wedge. Started out with full swings to get my numbers. Then he pulled up a course simulation Par3 and had me hit 50yard shots. I hit every wedge available. In the end I was best with the Cleveland RTX Zipcore line up. The fitter said for my swing he recommended using the same MMT Iron shafts that I I was fitted into in my Irons. I ended up ordering 50,54,60. The fitting fee was waived but the total for each wedge was about $245.00 which is around $100 more than an off the shelf Cleveland wedge. Assuming that these wedges perform well for me, I can justify spending the additional $300 for these custom clubs. Now the 4week wait lol
