Schedules aside, Washington and Washington State are two of the worst teams in all BCS conferences. Arizona State and UCLA are bad by any conferences standards. Oregon State, California, Oregon, Arizona, and Stanfard are mediocre/semi good teams. USC is the only legitimate T25 team in the conference.

UW isn't nearly as bad as WSU, not even close, especially if Locker stays healthy. UW annually plays one of the toughest schedules in the nation and you really have to give them credit for it.

On the flip side, teams in the Big12 and SEC generally play tougher conference games which in turn balances poor OOC scheduling for the most part. I still think all BCS schools should schedule a money game (Sun Belt, MAC, etc), a tough lower level team (WAC, lower BCS team), and then a middle to upper tier BCS team. Teams with 4 OOC should probably get another Baylor or Fresno type team.

SOS doesn't mean that much to me until all teams have played 8 games or so. Teams like LSU, FSU, USC, etc have only played 6 or so

I would take Oregon, Oregon St. CAL and Arizona over the bottom 8 or so teams in the top 25 right now. Easy.
