Doing 11 days early September. Flying into Palermo and working over to Catania. Have a rough plan with a few things set. Any must see or do's? Any good travel shows, websites or books to suggest for ideas? TIA

Gambino Winery and some of the restaurants around Mount Etna. The Sigonella Inn has a nice pool and restaurant.
