The Reconstruction South late 1860s onward, the Radical Republicans after Lincoln was assassinated had a brutal military occupation that encouraged lawlessness.

You can read all about it. All your school did was just leave that part out and tell you about the lynching without context. So you'd think they just did it for no reason. Like people were like let's go kill a random black guy. And you actually believed that. Half of them were not even black.

Let’s say for a second those were all justified…

What about the hundred of lynching a year from like 1890 onward.

You have no idea where I went to school or what we learned
For the most part I fall on the same side of this as you, but you've been making some pretty hyperbolic statements with the complete lawlessness like everyone was fending off rapists and murderers every day in the South
