Except….. Byron Beckwith actually killed Evers.
Ok… so you want to try this lady for murder. With no witnesses….. no evidence…with no accusation she actually committed the murder… with no previous claim she committed the murder..
All over a subpoena that wasn’t served in the Jim Crowe era and all statute of limitations has passed on.
Armed only with an assumption.
