i know i said i wouldnt post, but kind of want to know what peptides did you friends have such good success with? what dosages where they taking? what times of the day? how where they timing the macros and how many of each macro where they eating? also what was the source of the peptides

what results did they see in verifiable body comp changes?

what kind of program where they on before and what were they doing after?

you still never answered my question about what kind of workouts you currently do and you never even told us how you are currently eating.

so i dont understand why you are getting mad when you have done nothing but look for confirmation bias.

if you came here looking for info on say how to heal an injury with peptides we would have helped guide you. if you would have provided info on what you currently are doing for macros and lifting, current stats and expierence we would have helped guide you. If you would have asked about GLP-1 peptides to control hunger, may been able to guide you.

but you have been unable to provide any information at all and you speak like you are extremely inexpierenced and seem to be getting mad instead of giving information.

fact of the matter is, to use peptides i.e. ghrh and ghrp and or IGF/mgf compounds or gh frag....requires mutiple injections per day, sometimes spot injections timed with the meal and in some cases working certain body parts......i.e. something that someone that is in the 20%+ bodyfat range has no business messing with. I wasnt being mean when i said that, you stated it. then you made yourself look extremely ingnorant/inexpierenced by mixing up body fat % and BMI

then you made yourself look even more inexperienced by talking about you dont enjoy those types of workouts and when i asked what types you do enjoy...you scoulded me like i was wrong for asking.

well sorry, im not gonna just say....yea man use those performance enhancing drugs, side effects both short term and long term be damned. frick it YOLO baby!!! if thats what you are looking for, this isnt the board for you. would be better off on reddit prolly but even there you will prolly get told the same thing.

despite what you may think, both mingo and myself are actually trying to help you. you stated you were over 20% bodyfat prolly but didnt know, you stated you didnt like lifting heavy, you stated you didnt know what your macros were, you stated you wanted to take PEDs to help with motivation............................................................................................................sorry but those are all reasons not to take PEDs. Sorry you didnt like the answer.
