Did you click on the tweet? Did you read the DailyCaller piece and the Washington Post piece?
Since you didn’t, I’ll quote the Washington Post piece:

And for skank, the vaunted lawyer that he is: if a statement (or its speaker) won’t be cross examined or at least supported by documentation, it has no evidentiary value.
