What physical feat are you proud of?
Both of these thing happened when I was at the Citadel. I ran a 5:39 mile (basically untrained) and the most I ever did was over 600 pushup's in one night (I honestly don't know the total, as I lost count).

When I was a lot younger I could crank out 100 push ups in a set.
When I was in my late teens/early-20's, I used to do 3 sets of 100.
I also cycled up Haleakala in Maui when I was in my late 30's. It's the world’s longest paved climb, ascending from sea level to the over 10,000-foot summit in 35 miles, with an average grade of 5.5 percent. I did it self supported and it was a butt kicker. I did very specific hill climb oriented trained for about 3 months before I did it. Fortunately, we've got some very good terrain here to prepare for a ride like that.
The one ride I wanted to do, but could never get the logistics worked out was the "White rim trail in 1 day". It's a 100 mile Mtb ride through Canyonlands national park on a 4x4 road. It's very isolated and there are no resupply points once you start. Caching food and water beforehand are essential and I could never work out how to do that (I didn't have the right vehicle at the time).
