Some of them, yes. Many offer OB/GYN care, ultrasounds, breast-health care, and more. Oftentimes these services are free or low-cost.
They don't kill babies there, so it's not sacred.
I have no clue how abortion became the biggest plank in the cult of progressivism, but its absolutely bizarre.
