The Woodlands is 30 miles. Also, I stayed and played there with my wife's family during COVID times in 2020. I don't remember which course I played, but we enjoyed it. Both courses were in very good shape then. I'm not sure how they are now because of the drought. The facilities are nice and it was easy to go from the hotel to the course.

If you play there, let us know how it is. We're going there again in a few weeks for a little staycation since there are a few babies that make travel difficult in the family.

Also, I live in Cypress. The Woodlands resort course we played was better than all the ones you mentioned. By the way, Houston National is in Houston technically. You are right about the other two.
