re: Lost 40 pounds with minimal changes, could it have been medication related?

I experienced the same thing a few years ago. Was losing weight without trying. Turned out I was diabetic and my blood sugar was high which caused weight loss. Not saying that’s the case with u but if you’re having any other symptoms maybe get checked out?
