So are you disagreeing with God in the fact that he says that Homosexuality is a sin and that not a single homosexual will ever enter into Heaven?
First of all. I'm not religious, to be clear.
But your argument is missing the point. If God decides homosexuality is a sin, and he doesn't bless any union between man and man or woman and woman, then the ceremony is irrelevant.
Anti-gay marriage people are simply pissy about them BEING ALLOWED to call it "marriage" or being able to have the ceremony itself. Being mad about a term people use, "marriage" in this instance, is like being mad at a tree for being a tree. People will use terms wrong all the time.
Marriage IS a biblical principle, and the bible/God does not recognize same sex marriage. Who cares that they call it marriage? Why does that bother anyone? Who cares if a pastor/priest holds the ceremony? How does that affect you?
God gets to decide if it's holy or not. Not man.
Also, I don't recall a scripture that specifically states homosexuals cannot enter into heaven. We do all sin, after all. God designed us that way, if He's out there.
No measure of repentance can stop us from sinning. Likewise, no measure of repentance can just change the nature of a person's sexuality.
