Will there be great talent between 3-10? Chances say yes.
Will they be a good fit for us and develop properly before we have to pay them? That’s the problem given our depth.
CJ and JV won't be around forever, especially not at their current talent levels. Our goal should be to replace them. Maybe Jose or Dyson can eventually be our replacement for CJ -- we'll see. But we definitely need a replacement for JV sooner rather than later. If we were to get Wembanyama, we would obviously have it, but I don't know if there are other big men in the top-ten of most mocks this year.
If we don't get Wembanyama, then we may want to look at trading our pick for a big, and/or trading back in the draft to draft a big in a more appropriate slot.

Correct.
Current roster is locked in on Zion, BI, and Herb.
CJ and JV are the major spots which could flip down the road, which means we may need their replacements. And it comes down to figuring out if guys on hand meet that already and we are looking for bench depth as they move up OR if we need someone else a little more immediately.
Top 5 prospects include some combo guards who could fill a CJ role or serve as depth behind Dyson.
I’m not seeing a big at this point if we miss out on Wematanye.
