I get it but my point is that the injury excuse for football players is chickenshit

Adrian Peterson came back from an ACL in like 10 months. Cam Akers tore his Achilles in July and played in the playoffs. Alex Smith damn near lost his leg and came back.

Guaranteed contracts won’t happen for several reasons but the injury excuse is nonsense.

We're comparing the injury risk to the other 2 majors along with their contracts.Odds are far greater for a serious injury in NFL compared to MLB and NBA.

Good Lord,talk about cherry picking.
Of COURSE some players come back from injuries but others come back diminished or shortened.

I like how you pick these three while ignoring the hundreds of other players that careers were ended short due to injuries
