Not that I disagree, they claim to have a power-pack to boost range to 400+ miles in a few years. The charging infrastructure for road trips will suck for the next decade, but having something like this as a car for the city (how often will you realistically drive more than 200 miles in a single day?) where you can slow charge every night, like any other electronic device, makes the range anxiety pill easier to swallow.

It's perfect for that usage, but then you're limited if you don't also have an ICE available. There's been plenty of times where I have made spur of the moment/last minute decisions to take a trip that I would have been unable to do or unable to do without planning for in the typical EV.
EVs for now, are only suited for your typical city slicker that doesn't get out much past local places with their vehicle.
