I'm impressed by the double overhand grip with no straps more than the deadlift itself. Guy deserved to drop that

I don't understand why people are so against dropping weights. Yeah, don't drop cast iron plates from any type of height. But most weights are made to take a little drop. The bars are most of the time.

Better consult the rules before you do it. Dropping the bar cost Eddie Hall a world record once.
