I was at the Georgia/Vandy game yesterday and got a chance to talk to several Georgia fans about this coming game. The overall feeling is no one knows enough about LSU and wanted to see how LSU did agains SC. They all seemed to say if LSU's QB and defense steps up they would have a hard time beating LSU in BR. They like their team but they are not sure about Florida and nervous about LSU.

Have we ever beaten an average to above average SEC team by more than one score under Miles?

The only thing I have to say about that prediction is that you will be facing the best arm you will see all year. Period. Stafford is really, really good. To me the only thing that looks a little iffy right now for LSU is the secondary. This will be a very good game.

he does seem to throw at least one up for grabs per game, but he can get away with it having Moreno and two great WRs

Slow Stafford + all-freshman Georgia O-line = 10 sacks.

May not matter but it does suck for LSU that it's a day game. Oh and Stafford is the most overrated QB in college football.

Slow Stafford
Ehh, Stafford is not slow. I agree with the line thing, though. That's why we won the game, in my opinion. Also, I'm not predicting LSU to lose by any stretch, I just think it may be very tough if he gets hot. Either way this is going to be a fantastic game.

Disagree with you bro. Stafford has one of the best arms in College Football.

And? A strong arm does not a good quarterback make. Aside from this year, compare Staffords stats to JPW's stats. If Stafford is one of the best QB's in the nation then so is JPW. He's our QB and I'm behind him but JPW is average.

I'm a little worried about our secondary vs AJ Green. The guy is the real deal, great hands and good routes. If we dont stiffen up and get after Stafford it could be a long game. Otherwise I'm not overly impressed with the Dawgs..

That's par for the course lately ... but I cannot take another one like AU or Florida last year!

LSU/UGA 2003 worked out pretty well ... and it was 2:30. I'm hoping for more of the same this year!
