Your company has not been good to you. You feel respected because the company has been good to the company, and the indirect result has benefited you. Likely because you're a valuable employee.

Your other employer is nothing. If it didn't benefit them in some regard, whether that's morale, good press, in line with their "culture", they wouldn't hesitate to treat you like dirt.

Do what is best for you, always.
