I hated hitting my driver far so I got a PXG.
It came with a sweet skull and crossbones t shirt too!

I'm your Huckleberry.
Ask away. Big difference between Gen 4 and Gen 5

All good. Just been being slapped in the face with commercials and always thought they were all hype so was curious if anyone who had them really liked them

I have the Gen 4 7 wood and love it. Got it to replace my 4 hybrid. I honestly gave it a shot because PXG was about the only manufacturer where I could get a 7 wood with a stiff shaft. Also, even with it being a custom order, I got it within weeks. This was after I had one on order through TaylorMade for 6 months with no progress.
I think you’ll find most people who made the switch did so because PXG is about the only company who doesn’t have a massive delay when ordering. Then once they get the clubs, the general consensus is they are better than expected.

The new Gen 5 Driver has better weighting options and looks great.
It's a more penetrating ball fight than the Gen 4.
Both are very forgiving drivers and plenty long.
The Gen4 & Gen5 fairway woods are very easy to hit on the deck, tee or bad lie. They are basically point and shoot.
As with the Driver, the Gen4 fairways launch a tad higher.
The PXG 0211 fairways are easy on the budget and they perform. I have a 0211 7 wood that I can't do without.
If you do a fitting, they have a lot more shafts options than the website shows.
And with a fitting, the delivery time is 7 business days.
There is a good video on YouTube where two guys do a fitting at the Dallas store.
