What I love about the video is what happens before the fall. When he stops in the crosswalk, everyone is cheering him as if he were seven years old and had just learned to ride a bike for the very first time. This was obviously supposed to be some kind of publicity photo/video, showing off how vigorous and active Biden is supposed to be.
All it did was add fuel to the fire of his critics who believe he is both physically and mentally unfit to be president.
