Wife and I eat 2 lbs per day minimum. Cook 2 lbs every night of either chicken, beef, or venison. Eat 1 lb (8oz each) and then make 8oz each lunch plates for the next day.
Factor in breakfast turkey bacon, breakfast burgers, etc and we’re close to 20lbs in a week.

I have 2 deep freezers full of beef and pork, and a garden.

I will stick with the veggie option.
