Almost all neurosurgeons do spine surgery; orthopedic spine specialists do as well. Essentially, neurosurg does what ortho spine does plus brain surgery

I knew someone who was having g recurring sciatica. After chasing the dog finally took X-Rays. pinched nerve thatvwould come and go. Not saying that's you but Don't rule out the look.
