You might want to have a word with the Capitol PD holding open the doors and ushering most folks in.
How do we know the Capital PD “person” wasn’t sympathetic to the peaceful demonstrators entering?
That still doesn’t make it legal does it?
What’s the saying? Ignorance of the law doesn’t make it legal.

Your premise is that it was an isolated incident. The facts do not bear that out. Multiple PD. Multiple Doors.
Besides, if the mere entry into the building were illegal (as you imply) then why weren't they tackling and detaining protesters the moment they stepped into the the foyer?
There's myriad instances of Capitol PD wandering the halls with the protesters, as if they're tour guides.
Your logic is anemic, at best. Do find better sources for your troll efforts.
Bonus Round: If the protesters' mere presence is illegal, per your flaccid premise, and "sympathetic" Capitol PD were allowing them entry in violation of this yet-unnamed & non-existent "law" that you have failed to cite - why haven't any of the Capitol PD officers who facilitated entry been charged/arrested?

It wasn't just the Capitol building but the grounds around it. It was fenced off and any unauthorized entry was illegal. While Trump was still speaking, unidentified (to this day), people removed the fence and barricade. There is video evidence of this. So later when the Trump rally ended, people arriving saw a clear path to the Capitol building. And those people who went over this boundary - now unmarked because the fencing, signs, barricades were removed, are being hunted and prosecuted by the DOJ and having the book thrown at them for simple trespassing.
This was obviously a setup by the corrupt DOJ who is the enforcement arm of the DNC and its deep state associates to "manufacturer" the appearance of some sort of an attempted coup.
Provocateurs' stood shouting through megaphones to corral and move the crowd up and into the Capitol. Are those individual's being prosecuted? No they aren't. In fact, many of them remain unidentified.
Oh and BTW, have they caught the individual who put out pipe "bombs"? No they haven't. Hasn't anyone wondered why? After the FBI exhausted resources to bring in grandma for trespassing, they can't find a guy caught on video planting bombs?
