All of this, from me too, but I just have one small thing to add. Make sure that you, and those babies, get plenty to eat. A few years back, my wife almost passed, and spent 7 weeks in Shands. In dealing with the trauma, for me and my small daughter, we learned quickly that mealtime comes and goes, and can be forgotten.

Also, let the people in your orbit come around, and spend a little time with you and your little ones. They will bring food, some will bring wisdom, and most are there to bring comfort.
