Of course, but sometimes it makes sense. When I was in high school, a rival school had a really talented group of freshmen starting high school when I did to play football. They all started day 1 and although they got pushed around freshmen and sophomore year, they had state championship runs as juniors and seniors.

But if they were talented there is no telling the couldn’t have had state runs anyway.
