re: How early can residential construction start in LA?

Do you live in a subdivision that’s was under construction when you bought? If so you gotta keep the complaints to a minimum until they are done building. I know a guy who is always complaining about construction trash and debris in and around his yard. He moved into a house that had another house being built right next to him. Asked him wtf he expected and he thinks construction workers are gonna make sure no sawdust crosses the property line when the houses are only 3 feet from each other.
