If they were pouring a slab for you, there would be no problem with that, because you would not want a early afternoon shower screwing up your slab. Suck it up, its not like a every day thing next to you.

My neighbor building a house did this recently.

Probably violating an ordinance. You can check your local codes. But would it be easier to just suck it up and let the neighbors get their home built without hassling the crews?

Must be co-workers with one of my neighbors who was up this morning at around that time hooting and grab assing trying to get their stuff together to get in the truck and get to work.


The problem is that these type of people either don’t know any better because that’s the way they were raised, or don’t care the least bit about anyone else. In any case, it’s simply a sign of the times with this group.
