If you are going to subsidize an industry, why in the world would you pick an industry that puts down so little roots? A vagabond industry that moves around? An industry that you have to buy every year or lose the business.

We have spent over a Billion dollars on this industry already, and if we don’t pay up; they will leave and go elsewhere.
