I've heard it on podcasts as well. Everyone is pretty vague, but there seems to be a lot of "concern" with some "elements of his camp", and no one says more than that.

I haven't seen anything suggesting what you are saying.
The biggest knock I can find is the one I mentioned, a more reserved personality. Perhaps lacking the sort of alpha mentality you want from a guy with a superstar ceiling.
But I don't necessarily find that a bad thing. Guys like BI/Tatum/Zion/Jaylen Brown had similar questions, and this team is all about chill and work.
