He’s correct, and we have to start talking about why a small minority of the population commits a staggering amount of the violent crime. Until we have that conversation there is no solution available. The political correctness has to stop and root causes must be identified.

They just want to start a conversation, unless it's about that then they definitely don't want to talk about it.
