Yea, I haven't heard of that but not sure how much cost savings. 15 bucks for the appoint and lets say 10 bucks for the OTC test = 25 bucks which is the cost of the emed kit. I don't know if the tests are less than 10 as haven't bought them in a long long time to be fair.

Just end your trip at the Rio Grande river. Wade across and no test required. You may get a free plane ride home or at least a free bus ride. Lots of 5 star reviews.

The eMed kits cost $25 if you buy the 6 pack but $35 if you buy the two pack. There are still free test kits available so the savings would be like $10-20.

I would only try it out if I had a free test kit on hand AND had an eMed kit I planned to use anyway. If it worked, what I would do it stop buying an extra eMed kit as a backup in case something got screwed up and just use the free gov't test as a backup and get it proctored if I needed to.
