Help a fairweather baseball fan out

Im not a huge baseball guy but I try to keep up with my tigers as much as possible. I’m having a hard time figuring out how the regionals work… so we play the winner of KSU-USM next? And if so do we then move on to the super regionals? Apologies for my baseball ignorance, any edumacation is appreciated

Correct, we win, and we move on. The KSU-USM winner will have to beat us twice.

Regionals are a 4 team, double elimination tournament in themselves. We’re in the driver’s seat so whoever wins out of that will have to beat LSU twice.
The winner of our regional and the winner of the Miami regional play a best of 3 series in the supers to get to Omaha.
Once in Omaha, the 8 teams are split into two 4 team double elimination tournaments just like the regionals. The two winners then play each other in a best of 3 series for the NC

The winner of USM Kennessaw has to beat LSU twice. Assuming LSU wins one game they advance to the Super Regional which will be a best of 3. Winner of that Super Regional advances to Omaha

It’s double elimination and we are the only team without a loss. So whoever wins tomorrow (early game out of USM and Kenn) has to beat us twice to advance. If we win one more, we advance.
