I honestly didn't think Coleman could cover like he has. Also, Byrd's blocking has been a surprise. Lee has looked better than I thought he would.

In a bad way, I thought Taylor would be more of a ballhawk, and Barksdale would be dominant.

I am surprised at how ineffective our defense is. Especially how little havoc our defensive line creates.

I am surprised that Shomari Clemons hasn't replaced Kelvin Sheppard, yet. Clemons was a safety in HS and is now 225+ lbs. You'd think he's got the ability.

But maybe he hasn't grasped the playbook, yet.

Ryan Baker- true freshman, he is a beast on SP, and should get some PT with a weak LB corp IMO

so he's going to be an nfl star who thought he could lock on to receivers then realized it was a bad idea? not saying he isnt gonna turn out to be good qb but that post makes no sense

Lee- he has far outperformed Flynn and JR compared to their first years as starting QB

and of course
Dline - uber hyped but has done shyt so far
KW and CS - I thought the starting job was his to lose but Scott has just taken over.

besides the florida game, they pretty much have been disrupting things for offenses with the front four only. floridas zone read and option screen lets the ball go quick enough to where defenseive pressure with the front four only doesent really matter. plus you have to run a containment scheme with your ends against teams like florida. i do feel we should have brought a couple of linebackers or a safety at times.

player id like to see as a starter on a daily basis is drake nevis. he is the second coming of dorsey.
