I just got back on Friday. I have a 9 year old daughter.
If you want to have a semi-enjoyable experience, you MUST purchase Genie+ and learn how to miniplate the lighting lanes. You have to get up early and you will be walking a bunch trying to chase your lightning lanes. Also, you will need to take advantage of the "magic" hours.
If your not willing to do this, you are going to wait for at least an hour for every single ride.
IMO Disney needs to raise their prices alot. The parks were way overcrowded and the wait times were insane. Not just for the rides, food lines were at least 30 minutes even for some counter service places.
