Good for them. Refreshing to see a coach and player not be pussies and realize guys can throw more than 80-90 pitches. Players used to do it all the time and were fine. The reason these players get these arm injuries today because they don't push themselves.

Is that the only reason? You sure it doesn’t have anything to do with how much harder kids throw nowadays, putting more stress of their arms whether they throw 90 or 120 pitches in a start?
