Yup, protecting one’s family remains at the forefront. Obviously people who live in BR understand the dangers of the city and how undesirables who have nothing to live for can easy enter nice neighborhoods from their shitholes looking to victimize.

I have very little faith in the criminal justice system of BR and how BRPD would handle a justifiable homicide that occurred on your property. If you ended up protecting your family from some tPOS it would end up costing you tens of thousands, and depending on what kind of cop associated with BRPD was handling the case they could easily try and charge you. Violent crime occurs everywhere, but it’s exponentially more prevalent in BR where you hopefully luck out and never have to experience firsthand.

If I had to shoot someone in self defense in BR, hopefully The People would be handling my case
