Guys, facts matter to us. We aren’t the left.

In this particular case, I went back and checked the temp for every Brooklyn half marathon since 2010. They are around the week of the 18th of may every year.

None of the years had close to this temp. It topped out at 90 today there. Way higher than before. This is a legit reason for the heat injuries and they probably should have cancelled.

It hit 90 that day, but when this race was running it was between 60-70. Still warm for a race, but it did not hit 90 at the time this runner died.
