I don’t think you use enough for it to be a big deal. Especially dirty. Usually just rinse the glass at most for those. I use Dolin for dry gin martinis.

Yes just a rinse of the glass with vermouth and Dirty Toms is a nice olive juice product. While I don’t eat/drink them stuffing a big olive after removing the pimento with blue cheese is always a hit
