This is why we should have some sort of VAT tax, it would capture all that cash income, and its huge, that exists.

Well if those stats are correct then so much for all those that say that these Hispanics crossing our border are very "hard workers" looking for jobs that Americans won't do.

They all work cash jobs so they claim no income / pay no taxes / qualify for government assistance

That was my experience, they would work, but they would also take advantage of every welfare program or subsidy available.
