Churches with a political agenda likely get money for influencing their people.

It happens on the local level. Local officials running for office set up the date. On that Sunday 30 mins before service starts you pull up to the back, hand the preacher a envelop, go back and park with the congregation (so you can talk with people as they go in), go to the service and wait until the preacher tells his people that they are in presence of a good god fearing man who fights for their best interest (states whatever the issues are at the time).

Early in the service the preacher will give a 5 min spiel telling everyone how blessed they are to be in the presence of a good god fearing man along with other bullshite. Encourages them to go early vote, but on election day everyone remind each other to get to the polls if they didn't go early vote, etc, etc.

Honestly, you have to be a retard to go to a church that has a political agenda.

You just criticized just about every black church in town bud. I'm sure by accident but it is funny nonetheless

Almost every black pastor in the south gets paid during election cycles.
