I used a palate expander to treat my apnea. My AHI dropped from 24 to 5. My airway grew by about 50%, and my forward head posture disappeared.

I don’t need a PAP machine now.


No one said it doesn't exist, but you thinking most apnea is caused by structural airway issues is absurd.

No, look at peoples faces these days, and compare them to people of their grandparents generation. The average person used to have a healthy well developed face. They don’t now.

Now the average person, your people of Walmart, they have a flat face, poor forward growth, a recessed mandible, narrow jaws, both upper and lower. They also have marked asymmetries in their face.

This is why malocclusion is such a problem now, and a problem for the first time in our history as a species.

The average man’s jaw is too small to fit his teeth. That’s why they come in crooked.

This results in everything from undersized nasal passages to deviated septum’s.
