Best resort for 3/4 day family vacation. Wife, 14 yo boy; 11 yo girl, and me.

The Phoenician would be my pick. The pool area is enormous and should keep the kids occupied. Pretty good golf course on site as well.

The JW Marriott resort at Desert Ridge has a nice lazy river and a decent pool area. Cheaper rates than some of the other area resorts.

Westin Kierland. Has a massive pool with a lazy river. River goes right through the swim up bar and has great courses attached.

I have been here several times and never had a bad experience. They usually have different activities for kids. The golf course is suppose to be awesome, but I am not much of a golfer. There are several different restaurants on the property as well.
